A simple way to customise the login screen on your wordpress install. There are a number of advantages to using this plugin:

1. Using a plugin means the changes stay when you upgrade
2. Clients love finishing touches like this on web design jobs
3. Chicks dig blokes with groovy login screens

The plugin also inludes a psd template for creating your own login screens so it couldn't be easier.
