Update Instructions

1. Click to have the Plugin updated.
2. Click Benchmark Email Lite under the Settings menu and ensure your API keys are properly configured.
3. Expand the Widget options for any existing widgets. Verify that the settings are all correct. Click Save when you're all done.
4. Now you can setup any number of signup form widgets and save any number of posts and pages to email campaigns!

New Automatic Installation

1. Log in to your blog and go to the Plugins page.
2. Click Add New button.
3. Search for Benchmark Email Lite.
4. Click Install Now link.
5. (sometimes required) Enter your FTP or FTPS username and password, as provided by your web host.
6. Click Activate Plugin link.
7. If you are creating a new Benchmark Email account, please use the link http://www.benchmarkemail.com/Register.
8. Obtain your Benchmark Email API Key by logging into Benchmark Email, click My Account, click My Account Settings, scroll to the big yellow box towards the bottom of the page and copy the API Key code.
9. Back on your site, click Benchmark Email Lite under the Settings menu and ensure your API key is properly configured.
10. Now you can setup any number of signup form widgets and save any number of posts and pages to email campaigns!

New Manual Installation

1. Download the Plugin and un-zip it.
2. Upload the benchmark-email-lite folder to your wp-content/plugins/ directory.
3. Activate the Plugin through the Plugins menu in WordPress.
4. If you are creating a new Benchmark Email account, please use the link http://www.benchmarkemail.com/Register.
5. Obtain your Benchmark Email API Key by logging into Benchmark Email, click My Account, click My Account Settings, scroll to the big yellow box towards the bottom of the page and copy the API Key code.
6. Back on your site, click Benchmark Email Lite under the Settings menu and ensure your API key is properly configured.
