A Sidebar widget to display the Author(s) profile on the Single page. Example web page: http://www.nirantar.org/1006-nazariya-cola-debate.

Download and unzip author-profile.zip
Upload the folder containing author-profile.php to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
Activate the plugin through the Plugins menu in WordPress
To display Author Spotlight on Single page, browse to Design > Widgets and drag-and-drop the 'Author Spotlight" widget to desired sidebar. You may configure the Title and the text labels. By default the widget will truncate the Profile text to 1000 characters, you may change this limit. Save your changes and you are done.
