This plug-in will display the announcement with highlighter scroller. It gradually reveals each message into view from bottom to top. We can add more announcement, this will display 1 by 1 with highlighter scroller.

Feature :
1. Simple.
2. Easy style override system.
3. We can add/edit/delete announcement any time.
4. Enble/disable option available so no need to delete announcement.

Two way to use.
1. Drag and drop the widget to your sidebar.
2. Copy and paste the given code to the desired location.

Version 3.0
New javascript support to support both IE and mizila.
Now Multilanguage support enabled, so you can add all languages into announcement, to post announcement in other language, simply copy and past the other language content in announcement text area.
