1. Upload the jp-advancedrss plugin directory, along with its contents, to your worpress plugins directory: /wp-content/plugins/.
2. Activate the plugin and follow the instructions in the description.
3. Add a widget.

Optionally you may create your own templates for fommatting your feeds. You also might like to edit your CSS to customize the look of your feeds. Each feed has a unique ID so its easy to target.
