- Upload
admin-category-only.phpto the/wp-content/plugins/directory - Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
- go to Settings >> Admin-only Category to set the category you want to hide to all users but admin 4.you're done, now an 'advanced categories' box should appears under Write >> post in replacement of the original categories box
