In some case, you may want your contributors, author, Editor, not too access certain category that are excusively reserved for administrator.

This simple plugin allow you to hide certains category, choosen in the settings >> admin-only category settings panel, from all but Admin.

After activation, plugin will replace the current categories box under write >> Post with an advanced categories box, that show only the categories you choose to all users but admin.
