Makes sure that your site has already been configured with Google Friend Connect. Appropriate members or signup widgets should also be included (this can be done by manually inserting the corresponding code or using plugins such as Google Friend Connect Integration or Google Friends Connect Widget).

Once Google Friend Connect has been set up for your site, the 'Activities for Google Friend Connect' plugin can be installed and configured:

1. Upload the activities-for-google-friend-connect folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
3. Configure the Friend Connect Site ID in the 'GFC Activities' section of the 'Settings' menu. The site ID can be found on the overview page for your site on Google Friend Connect.
