Independently owned restaurants often display their daily specials/menu on a chalk board with colored chalk. How about a simple plugin w/ widget that displays a sizable blackboard or whiteboard in the sidebar? Give user some styling choices like font and color, so that the writing will appear like real handwriting in chalk or marker. Make it easy for restaurants using wordpress to update and promote their daily specials.
