More structure tags for custom permalinks / URL please

   I would like to see the following structure tags being added:
   %taxonomy%
   %posttype%
   %userrole%

   Maybe someone has done it already with a hack/filter?

   Oh, and I never realised that the permalink settings only apply to posts! Of course it should also apply to all post types that one creates, including pages.
