Drag and Drop files into the Visual Editor

   Thank you WordPress 3.3 for the "drop files here" field in the Add Media screen, but now we want to drop files in the visual editor, extra bonus if the dropped file is inserted right where we dropped it with the latest (size, link, alignment) settings used in Add Media.
