Bind User to Categories

   Why can't we bind a user to a category in an easy way. Now we require plugins which sometimes tend not to work.
   - For every user auto-create a category
   - Control the categories a user can post on/can see in the editor
   - Profile pages with photo and stuff that the user can edit himself
   - ...

   I am fairly certain this type of functionality will always be left to plugins.

   Suggest closing as "wontfix".
