When you find spammers in WP.org forums, we only need tag the topic "modlook" and Mods can act on the spammer's posts. Spammers always find a way around the checks. There are "silent" spammers who don't create topics and add spams instead via their user profiles. See http://lists.automattic.com/pipermail/wp-forums/2012-January/subject.html
Help us help WorPress.org and in turn, BuddyPress/bbPress, fight profile spammers as well.
Add Modlook Button (or whatever you choose to name it) to profile pages of users in WP/BP/bbP since all share the same userbase. The modlook trigger could alert not only WP.org Mods but also Mods at BP and bbP. The implementation of course is up to you. Imagine if spammers found out that they could also log into tracs of WP/BP/bbP and have a fun time there, or have they already?
An idea upon this idea - make the modlook plugin available in WP extend :-)
