			<description><![CDATA[<p>When specifying what order link categories get displayed in the sidebar, I'd like to have the option of "random" -- so it's not the same each time.  They're all equally important, and the list is long enough that being early is a clear advantage -- and alphabetically it's "businesses" that are in front right now, which is giving them more prominence than I like.</p>
<p>Also in other places where I get to pick order of display (categories of posts I believe is another one).
