The ability to translate is there, and qTranslate capitalizes it. But not all plugins are correctly building in the ability to translate as it stands (myself included, yeah, I know).

Developers of plugins not always do integration with qtranslate and there are always problems.

Yes There are a lot of multilingual plugins. But only normal operating one is WPML.
However in order to translate plugins with WMPL developers should also follow WPML instructions that not always done.
So there are always big problems with multilingual support.

Joomla included it since version 1.7.

I am asking you to include built in multilingual plugin in wordpress.
